Who are we? We are a printing and converting company established 18 years ago producing flexible packaging for the confectionery industry; waxed papers are a speciality. Due to a growing reputation for quality, service and price, 15 years ago our customers started to request flow wrap material for the outer wrapping of their sweets - sweet bags. Our machinery at that stage was unable to fulfil this requirement. Thus Morgan Convertors Ltd. was established in order to supply customers needs; good quality, flow wrap materials in smaller quantities. With an ever increasing customer base, our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction soon helped both companies to outgrow their respective buildings, so in 1993 they moved into one purpose built 27,000 sq. ft. modern industrial unit, situated in the heart of Lancashire within easy access to major motorway networks. Morgan Convertors has now become a subsidiary of Sabre Triad Ltd. Further highlighting our commitment both to our customers and to quality, both companies achieved BRC/IOP Certification in 2003. A Wealth of Expertise The company is managed by owners John Smith and Pauline Howarth. Between them, our technical and sales team we have over 100 years experience in the flexible packaging and printing industry. This wealth of in-house talent enables our sales team to recommend the most appropriate product, or to help develop a solution to your packaging needs. We believe this level of customer care is a pre-requisite for a good working partnership; our success depends on that of our customers. Working together in partnership Sabre Triad believes all products supplied to our customers should be exactly matched to their packaging requirements. We tailor-make all products to suit, listening from the outset and responding with ideas and solutions. Development work can be carried out until the product supplied meets exactly with your requirements. Innovation We firmly believe that for a business to be successful in today's economic climate it is necessary to develop new ideas and products, and reduce outgoings, in order to keep ahead of the competition. Our flexibility and innovation enables new materials and products to be continually developed; recent ideas include Metalam, Millennium paper, UV laminates - the list continues! Commitment for the future Development is high on our agenda and we intend to remain one of the top flexographic printing and converting houses in the UK Our innovative use of new technologies has helped Sabre Triad to expand over our first decade into a company with an annual turnover in excess of £7 million. This has been achieved by commitment to the industry, to our customers and to investment in new equipment. In the last year over £1 million has been invested to ensure we can deliver the best product, at the best price within the tightest of deadlines. Quality and flexibility has enabled Sabre Triad to become a leading supplier to many of the largest confectionery manufacturers in the UK and also on the Continent. Recent export orders include Africa, Russia and USA Even with this unrivalled success, Sabre Triad is totally committed to treating every single customer with the same regard.
