Twistwrap materials

  • P.V.C. - 30 micron gauge, low density offering a cost effective alternative to traditional wrappings. Available in clear and metalised.
  • Hicor - XXT23, the latest generation of the hicor product, offering excellent longitudinal strength and increased yield, 23 micron thick gives a yield saving that outweighs the cost difference.
  • Millennium - our own development low grammage paper. Available plain and metalised, offers excellent yield savings and good 'twist retention'
  • Metalam - our own development laminate offering a cheaper alternative to traditional metalised paper.


Flowwrap materials

  • UV laminates - developed for flow wrap material the main advantage of this product is the excellent clarity and gloss achieved, crucial for point of sale items.
  • Coldseal - our most recent development for the ice-cream market, new technology Release Overlaquer and specially developed Coldseal enable these products to work efficiently on today's high speed packing machines.

Machinery

  • Wax applicator - a new machine to enable efficient processing of our 'Millennium' paper, increasing our production capacity and response time.
  • Timson T-Flex 4 colour Waterbased Narrow Web Printing Press - a new generation of flexo press, the first in the world built by Timsons - one of the world leaders in printing press manufacture. This machine works on state of the art technology, is environmentally friendly, using only waterbased inks and has the benefit of being able to 're-register' print.
